I am a Therapeutic Counsellor based in Gloucestershire, who provides clients with an integrated approach to counselling, using both Psychodynamic and Person-Centred theories.

 

I am passionate about helping people improve their mental health and well-being, knowing myself how invaluable such support can be during difficult times.
